Position : WCS (Websphere Commerce Server) lead
Location : Boston, MA
Job Description:
WCS working experience .
7+ years of IT experience
3+ years in WCS commerce
Must have lead delivery team
Must be capable of leading a Sprint team or two
Worked in agile projects /program
Has a strong development lead background
Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead an agile sprint team for the WCS development program
Participate in daily stand up calls and provide status for his/her POD
Assign and plan work for the team
Work with various stake holders like other Delivery teams , enterprise teams , Business and leadership team
Stakeholder Partnership across Business Stakeholders, IT application owners, and architects to develop and execute on the product roadmap.
Work with Technology vendor contacts to raise, troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to code, configuration and product(s
Keep informed on the latest trends and emerging technologies within the Digital eCommerce and broader Omni-Channel ecosystem.
