Role Description: Tech Lead for IBM WCS(WebSphere Commerce Suite ) Ecommerce Project in Retail industry
Overall 8+ years in Java/J2EE with 5+ Years of WCS Experience
1) Good Communication and Analytical skills
2) Strong Design and implementation experience in Websphere Commerce v7.0
3) Should be able to create blueprint designs / architecture landscape s for complex ecommerce eco systems
4) Strong understanding of Websphere commerce architecture and able to provide right design decisions
5) Experience in Integrating , designing and developing custom solutions within Websphere Commerce
8) Hands-on experience with utilizing various sub systems of Websphere Commerce Server i.e Catalog, Order, Member etc
9) Strong Java J2EE experience
10) Database Programming Skill
11) End-to-end experience in software development life-cycle and familiar with agile methodologies
12) Knowledge in WCS all versions and new SOA framework
13) Executed at least 2 WCS end-to-end implementation
14) Technical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
15) Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
