Technical experts in resolving issues that are typically difficult or subtle, participate in management, prioritization, minor enhancements, break fix activities, problem management, stability analysis, etc.
Skillset to perform 80-20 analysis, RCA, problem changes/CRs, communication on the releases and problem ticket closure and the tools used (SNOW, JIRA)
Skillset to monitor Batch jobs and the tools used
Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks and Continuous service improvements (CSI)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with senior executives

6+ Years IBM Websphere Commerce Development
1+ Years’ experience in Production Support or Performance Engineering
Desired Skills:
ecommerce B2B and B2C functional knowledge, Experience in using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, IBM memory analyzer and other application monitoring / diagnosis tools
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Coding, testing and analyzing application software. ?
Improve existing code to ensure optimal functionality of web applications.?
Maintain existing programs and applications.
Evaluate and increase application software effectiveness.
Technology competencies could include: Websphere Commerce, SOLR, Performance Engineering. ?

Associates with minimum of 5 years of experience in handling ecommerce project in IBM WCS stack.
Should be able to perform Coding and handling application support activities and work with Ecommerce architect
Should be able to closely work with Client leads and coordinate with Cognizant team members
Able to work on application support activities in Agile methodology project execution
3+ Years of US Customer facing experience is a must
Extensive hands-on past experience in handling large IBM WCS, DB2, Java teams
Should have excellent presentation and written communications skills
Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Desired Skills:
Prior exposure in Retail & CG domain will be added advantage

Roles/Responsibilities:
IBM WCS 7.0, Java/ J2EE, RAD. DB: DB2
Knowledge of integration with other Enterprise interfaces exposure to Packaging, Deployment & release control.

7+ years in software development and design of Java/J2EE Applications, including high volume / transactional enterprise systems.
7+ years of experience in system design and architecture. 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IBM WebSphere e-commerce platforms with significant traffic / transaction volumes and load.
3+ year’s domain experience in B2B and B2C Model. (WCS) WebSphere Commerce Ecosystems Expert understanding of design patterns and object-oriented technologies.
Design and development experience in Enterprise level Java/J2EE application environments (JSP, JDBC, JMS and more. JBOSS-specific experience a plus)
Understanding of UI technologies such as CSS, HTML5, JavaScript and common scripting packages such as jQuery. Experience in developing and designing applications and web services in a Service Oriented Architecture, including the use of RESTful services and API gateways.
