Job Description :
Role: Voice Technician
Location: New Castle, PA
Duration: 12+ months contract
Interview: Phone and skype

Intermediate Voice Technician:
Support of day to day operations of the Jameson Nortel phone systems;
Maintain high level of customer support satisfaction during transition and upgrades;
Deliver a complete transition off the Nortel Phone system to the new PBX/Phone platform (Cisco or Avaya);
Complete Phone/PBX deployments & replacements;
Work with vendor(s) to ensure the Installation, delivery or upgrade of 3rd party phone systems (Voicemail, Spok smart suite, WinCall call accounting, and Nice voice recording;
Plan, design, configure, and assist with the install of the new Phone system. Assist with setting up new D-Mark locations. Assisting with Analog to digital line conversion. Install and Provision new phones.

Intermediate Voice Technician:
Five years of experience working on a PBX;
Nortel and/or Cisco is preferred;
Administration of Nortel CS1000 PBX;
Ability to configure phones on PBX;
Setup and maintenance of phones at end points
