Job Description

Experience with system configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting the Cisco Call Manager

Ø Experience with contact center integration to ICM PGs

Ø Experience working with Cisco ICM PGs and CTIOS/Finesse

Ø Experience with SIP endpoints (prefer knowledge with Cisco Jabber softphone)

Ø Experience with troubleshooting SIP call flows on a Cisco and SIP transport infrastructure

Ø Experience with Cisco device log collection and analysis

Ø Prefer Experience on the Cisco ICM system to include knowledge on the components, configurations and system applications

Ø Prefer 4 years knowledge and expertise using Cisco diagnostic tools, network protocol analyzer and SIP tracing tools
