Job Description:


The Network Services Team''s responsibility is to provide voice network
services to various Cardinal facilities. This includes Telephone and voice
mail systems (including VOIP systems; Cisco Express & Call Manager, and TDM
systems; Siemens, AVAYA, NORTEL and key systems), VOIP over MPLS and several
voice mail systems; Unity, Siemens, Audix.


Support of telephone systems; VOIP systems; Cisco Express, Call Manager,
Unity voice mail and TDM systems; Siemens, AVAYA, NORTEL and many other
smaller key systems.
Review service requests, analyze and determine required steps to resolve
or modify client request.
Perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning,
design, installation and support of
VOIP and TDM systems.

Required Skills-

Needs to be able to support Cisco UCCX/UCCM telephony platform. Also needs
to have Cisco network equipment support experience.
Bachelor''s degree, preferably in related field preferred or equivalent
work experience
Minimum 7-10 years'' experience with complex voice design, operational
support, hands-on implementation and configuration of voice systems
In-depth knowledge of voice technologies IP telephony and SIP
In-depth experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting voice
Expert understanding of IP data, voice, and video networking concepts and
systems is preferred.
Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills.
Expert with MS Office Suite and Visio
Strong command of leadership and customer service skills essential
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
