UCCX, UCCE, CUIC is the call center systems operator (press 1 for X person), Finesses is the call recording.
Description: Administration and Engineering of Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Finesse, UCCX, UCCE, CUIC, Video collaboration and Wireless Cisco VoIP devices.
Management of 3 CUCM clusters across Colorado, Over 3,000 phones managed
Administration of several UCCX call centers.
Configuration of several VOIP devices. Including Cisco Wireless (7925/8821) model phones
Functioned as a customer technical liaison
Outstanding grasp of Cisco IP Telephony network configuration support debugging and troubleshooting
