Location: Memphis TN
UI/Visual Designer: 8+ yrs
Responsible for proposing a variety of visual design themes for a given project. Pitching your work to different stakeholders and putting the finishing polish on the elected designs. Iterate quickly and provide multiple design approaches. Work collaboratively across all the different client teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Should have 8+ years of experience in visual design
Must have experience working on UI design standards and methodologies across multiple platforms (web, mobile and tablet)
Should have designed web and mobile experiences from initial concept, storyboarding and wire framing, to design and hand-off to development.
Ensure that web experience remains cutting edge and industry leading, all while maintaining a cohesive modern aesthetic and clean look/feel in all design elements
Ability to create and design a consistent experience across multiple features.
Must be able to effectively self-manage numerous projects at any given time.
Strong knowledge of desktop web, mobile web and mobile web app usability patterns and best practices
Clean and modern design aesthetic that lends well to the brand
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks or similar design tools
Solid understanding over user focused design for applications with great attention to detail and an eye for graphical design work.
Flexible and adaptable and able to jump in and help the team wherever needed
Degree in Design or similar preferred
