Position Summary:

The Vendor Integrations Analyst is an integral part of the Marketplace Platforms Integration and Support team. This customer facing role will be responsible for successful integration of vendors and will be a key point of contact for vendors. This role will partner with Support and Training Specialist and product management team to ensure great vendor experience and the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expert for vendor integrations and across one or many of the integrations methods (e.g. API, EDI etc
Manage a book of vendor integrations, create and maintain vendor integration knowledge base.
Provide Level 2 support for the Vendor Support Specialists
Prepare and deliver platform user training to internal and external stakeholders including vendors, merchants, and other appropriate audience
Analyzing, interpreting and codifying customer feedback to feed into the product development lifecycle
Propose system enhancements and fixes to improve user experience
Influence and contribute to the product roadmap
Liaise with vendors and provide expert guidance and assistance regarding their integrations
Collaborate with Marketplace Platforms product team and provide documented vendor feedback on integrations features, requesting enhancements to functionality for integration

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree
5+ years business analysis experience
API, XML, EDI, Web technologies
Experience collaborating to articulate technical issues and requirements to both vendors and internal technical teams
