VP of Product Management

We're looking for a Vice President of Product Management with 10+ years of experience in product management and solid strategic leadership experience to join a progressive in Alpharetta, GA.

As the Vice President of Product Management, you will be a dynamic leader and team player with proven ability to drive value creation through cross-enterprise solutions. You're a strategic problem solver who enables growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and vision for new innovative product offerings. We're looking for a leader who will leverage technology to continually improve and evolve the user experience and support products across all key interactions and delivery channels.

As the VP of Product Management you will:

Developer, mentor and manage a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, Documentation and UX Architects

Provide SaaS thought leadership and direction as new SaaS applications are created and for the re-engineering of existing capabilities

Manage the user facing design and specification of new features with a careful eye on product usability and end user efficiency

Deliver product expertise and industry knowledge in support of the sales and operations organization

Develop strategic and tactical roadmaps that guide the company's investment in product development

Manage product lifecycle from idea inception, product roadmap creation and planning to the tactical activities associated with enhancing and expanding the product

Manage the product release process

Provide timely and effective reports of product performance – specifically for development and product release plans

Collaborate with team to get feedback from the field on new feature requirements and enhancements - in efforts to drive product utilization

Oversee the product roadmap into monthly sprints that can be led by the various scrum teams

Job Requirements for the VP of Product Management:

10+ years of experience in product management

Bachelor's Degree in a Design, or another technical related field

Certified Product Owner, or strong understanding of Agile/Scrum techniques

Must have a strong, strategic leadership background

Call center experience

Vendor perspective experience

Hands on design experience with enterprise B2B applications for both technical and business users

Experience with software applications used in a Contact Center such as ACD, WFM, Speech Analytics, IVR

SDLC implementation in an Agile environment

Experience defining technical product features; from inception to execution

Success leading people across multiple cross functional areas – must be able to communicate well with Marketing, Operations, Sales and Engineering
