We're looking for a VP of Marketing Communications to lead an awesome organization to success in Atlanta.

If you have 15+ years of experience in Digital, Media and Brand Marketing, this is an excellent opportunity to lead an energetic team in a fast paced environment. We're looking for someone to define, communicate, and activate brand consistently across all consumer touchpoints and media channels.

As the VP of Marketing, you will:

Develop your team to engage consumers with brand stories & interactive platforms.
Lead the digital team and be a thought leader in digital tech, applications, user experience, customer journey & loyalty programs
Oversee digital, creative, and public relations functions.
Deliver a brand roadmap that guides clear & compelling content that differentiates the brand & drives sales.
Track key metrics, and demonstrate progress against goals.
Focus on driving short-term sales while building long-term brand values
Cast a strong vision
Drive accountability with team members, agencies and partners to maximize deliverables and ROI.
Work in a complex environment

Budget management
Have a strong passion for leadership & coaching.
Create and Communicate a vision and influence others to support the vision.
Build a high performing team that is focused on sales and performance results from marketing activities.
Be quick to pivot and adjust to changing market conditions.

Demonstrate leadership with franchisees, employees, and partners.
Determine effective metrics to measure the impact of marketing efforts on sales.
Create a marketing dashboard with meaningful and updated information.
Develop key brand and marketing platforms like CRM, marketing automation, and social media management to extend system media and communications capabilities.

Manage print fulfillment vendor resources
Ensure efficient resources are available for franchisees to customize marketing material
Track significant resources in the National Ad Fund


Job Requirements for VP of Marketing:

Must have at least 15 years of experience in Branding, Digital Marketing and Media Marketing within the following industries: Foodservice, Retail and/or Franchise exp.
Client-facing experience.
