Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in sales & business development preferably in IT services industry
- - Technology background in Analytics, Digital or Artificial Intelligence services highly desired
- Understand what the client offering to meet customer demands
- Effectively manage sales targets and revenue goals across new (hunting) and existing customers (new FOP-field of play)
- Experience in financial and Hi-Tech (SaaS) industries preferred (Non staffing industry background experience preferred)
- Accountable for the sales organization’s support budget and ensures productivity consistent with established objectives.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, independent and target drive
- Ability to independently lead the sales conversation with customer and technology partners
- Good understanding of target verticals, customers, offerings and solutions to effectively position them during sales conversation.
- Supports management objectives critical to other support functions (eg. Recruitment, Delivery and Product Team) for mutual success
