Job Description :
Technical Qualifications
Must have minimum 12 years'' experience in software engineering with minimum of 5 years managing a team and 3 years working on Cloud based technologies and SaaS solutions.
Hands-on experience in development of Micro services and containerized application (Docker images or Kubernetes) with expertise in distributed cache and load balancing.
Hands-on experience building browser applications with one or more of the following component-based frameworks: Spring, React, Vue, Angular, Ember, or Polymer
Proven experience with SOA, design patterns, web services technologies, APIs, Applications, Application Ecosystem, and Micro API''s.
Extensive Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, WS and authentication methods such as OAuth and SAML
Experience implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools and systems with hands-on experience with Jenkins or VSTS.
NoSQL technologies like MongoDB, Redis or HBase
Experience with data integration, data lake approaches, data architecture and ETL tools
Secure code development and security design
Experience implementing messaging or streaming services using Kafka or Rabbit MQ
Experience with Azure based IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
Other Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science / MIS or relevant work experience
Proven experience in hiring, mentoring and growing a high energy team of technical analyst, developers and automation engineers.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
Strong analytical, problem solving and influencing skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities with aggressive timelines
Experience working in a Start-up environment is a strong plus
Ability to travel as needed
