Job Description :
VOIP Engineer with good experience in Cisco Telepresence and Webex to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients.

Technical Skills:

- First-hand experience troubleshooting issues and Vendor escalations

- 5 years of experience with IT Service Management / ITIL processes and best practices utilizing ticketing software

- 3 years of experience with Cisco Video Communications Server, Telepresence Management Suite, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager with a customer facing role

- 3 years of experience supporting Cisco Collaboration Video endpoints

- Good working knowledge on the office application including outlook

- Experienced in using incident management system for incident tracking/resolving

- Must have customer service experience servicing VIP users.

- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment

- Self-driven and can work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Industry Standard Certification required such as CCNP Voice, CCNA Certified

- Have working experience in troubleshooting issues with Vendors

- Great verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to work as part of the rotating, on-call schedule.

Must have experience supporting the following technologies:

- Cisco Telepresence System

- Cisco Unified Communications

- Cisco Webex

- Cisco Unified Communications Manager environments including, UCS servers, TMS, Telepresence Servers, MGCP, SCCP, H323 controlled gateways, Client Services Framework, Expressway, CUBE and Unity Connection

- Cisco Collaboration products including MeetingPlace, Telepresence, and Mobile/Desktop applications
