Job Title: VOIP Admin
Location: Berlin, CT
Duration: Contract

Skills:
1. At least 8 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Solution Definition/Solution Deployment/Solution Deployment/Presales/client management.
2. At least 8 years of experience in managing VOIP/PBX environment preferably the contact centers, network wide VOIP Architecture consisting multiple geographical location call manager, clusters, SRST and PSTN Gateway, Unity and UCS server.
3. At least 8 Yrs of experience in scheduling of call manager and unity backups, Upgrade of call manager, VOIP Migrations, Call Accounting, Audits and Reviews, switching and routing, transport protocols, L2/L3 protocols knowledge and experience.
4. At least 8 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
5. At least 3-4 years of experience in Cisco contact center solution UCCE , should be capable of handling time of the day routing changes,
6. At least 8 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
7. Experience with project management.
8. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
