Job Description :
Essential Skills:
Create and manage VMFS and NFS datastores.
Modify, clone, upgrade, and remove virtual machines from the vCenter Server inventory and datastore.
Perform storage vMotion based on NFS & VMFS Datastore and LUNSMounting and unmounting NFS volumes , create VMFS datastore , move data between ESXi Datastore
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and interface with vendor and other technical support representatives as needed.
Manage Linux/Unix filesystem and data-transfers
Manage Linux/UNIX NFS volume mount and unmount operations
Desirable Skills:
Experience managing VMware vSphere 6.x and VMware Horizon 7.x.
Sound knowledge in Linux/UNIX Operations system and filesystems
Knowledge in UNIX/Linux NFS mount and file shares
Basic understanding of SAN configuration and administration.
Microsoft PowerShell, vSphere PowerCLI , or comparable scripting experience preferred
Experience with VMware vRealize Operations monitoring and alerting solutions
