JOB ROLE : Sr. Workday HRIS Project Manager
Location: South San Francisco, CA
JOB DURATION:: long Term

Pharma background is no longer a must have.
Experience implementing workday modules.
Takes on all responsibilities as their own.
Take direction well and know how to direct others as well
Can take a project plan and execute while wearing multiple hats
Notes:
-They are currently debating weather to use WorkDay or SuccessFactors, but leaning heavily towards Workday. This person must have exp Project Managing HRS projects, implementation of HRS including talent management, core areas, etc.
-They are also doing ADP migration so must be familiar with HIPAA, making sure employer data os transferred correctly, nothing falls through the cracks
*PHARMA OR the understanding of pharma space/documentation

-strong experience dealing with vendors
-great communication, hard worker, fast paced, quick to get things done, a driver
-this is a VERY fast paced environment, going quickly everywhere, high energy, tons of work, roll up sleeves kind of place. MUST be able to handle that
-small place, so will also be wearing many hats. will have to do some BA work, write scripts, coordination etc. MUST be ok with throwing that work in there when needed

Description:
We’re seeking a talented, multi-faceted Senior IT Project Manager who is enthusiastic about working in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
They will assist our IT department with our HRS implementation efforts, as well as managing additional miscellaneous projects within the department, including the ADP migration
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Facilitate communication between vendors and company.
Present written and oral reports defining project plans, challenges and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 15 Years of Project Management Experience (Demonstration of successful HRS Implementations to completion)
PMP Certification
Familiarity with HIPAA
