Project: VB.Net Developer w/ strong SSIS & SSRS
Location: Baton Rouge, LA ( Must be local - will be hired ASAP )
Duration: 6 -12 plus Months Contract
Rate Inclusive: US$ 50/hr.
Mode of Interview: Must do Face to Face Interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Equivalent Information Technology degree
At least five plus years of competitive experience in IT industry Web and Windows applications using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET) Including 2 years as Team Leader.
Strong understanding of full lifecycle systems development
Ability to incorporate requirements into cutting-edge solutions that successfully align business objectives with technology to ensure improved operations
Expertise in Database Design and Database Programming (View, Stored procedures, Triggers, Cursors, User defined Functions, T-SQL.
Extensive experience with .Net Framework 2008 /2010, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, ADO.Net, HTML, Java Script, JQuery, CSS, VB Script, Visual Studio 10-17, IIS and Web Services.
Experience in working with HTML Controls, Web User Controls, Custom Controls, and Event handling using VB.NET and ASP.NET
Hands on experience in Validation Controls for front-end validation
Proficient in debugging skills using various debugging windows in Visual Studio.NET
Experience in the design and development of 3 Tier and N-tier distributed architectures.
Experience using Versioning tools Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Experience in Production support
Experience in supporting Performance QA team
Experience of working in the complete Software development life cycle involving Analysis, Documentation, Database Design, Development, Debugging, Testing, Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Excellent Team member / leader with an ability to perform individually, good interpersonal relations, strong communication skills and high levels of motivation
Involved in JAD (Joint Application Design) Sessions with SMEs for Requirement gathering
Extensive experience in creating complex stored procedures, user defined functions, cursors, Triggers, queries in SQL Server 2012/2014/2016.
Desired but not required: Experience in State Unemployment Tax System (SUTA) Data migration from legacy Mainframe VSAM structures imported into SQL Server database using SQL Server Integration Services packages (SSIS
Experience importing XML and extract to various tables, using Script Components, Lookup, Conditional split via SQL Server Business Intelligence Studio.
Ability to Build Drilldown Custom Reports with parameters using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Use 3-tier Architecture via using Class Library for Business Logic Layer (BLL
Use Custom Validations, ASP.NET Validation Controls and JavaScript validations both on Client and Server side.
