VBA Developer - CRITICAL URGENT NEED
Location: NY City NY
Duration: 4 Months
Hourly rate : $55/hr.
Strong communication skills,
-picking up migration requirements from verbal communication and description
-asking relevant questions if description is unclear
-taking detailed notes about required changes
-documenting implemented changes
Strong spreadsheet analysis skills
-Following and understanding existing spreadsheet and programming style (combination of logic in cell formulas and VBA)
-Detail oriented towards an error-free finished output in spreadsheet
-Analyzing and finding minimal changes required for migration of existing functions
-Creating test cases to test the implemented logic in the spreadsheet
-Recognizing common expected errors/bugs
-Creating spreadsheet logic that can handle dynamic input to a certain extent and can handle common expected errors
Strong Excel skills
-using and knowing differences in options for
-vlookup
-offset
-match
-index
-indirect
-error handling (blanks, errors) and affect on summary calculations such as average, min, max
-handling of missing values and affect on summary cell functions such as average, min, max
-array formulas
-multiple row lookup logic
-trim
-date logic
Strong Excel VBA skills
-locating latest date in time series
-data manipulation, importing data into new tabs, transposing, triming strings
-enriching data based on formula logic
-copying and pasting formulas, values
-working with named ranges
-working with many lookup tables
-working in combination of VBA with cell formulas
-some data wrangling
