Role: VB6 and .NET Consultant
Location of Requirement : Boise, ID
Desired Experience Range 5 - 8 years
Must-Have
Good knowledge in VB6 and .NET technologies. Associate should have working experience in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL Server, Oracle along with good communication skills.
Working experience in VB6, Windows services and scheduled jobs is preferred.
Should have good knowledge on Databases and working experience on developing Stored procedures, triggers and other DB objects.
Should have learner attitude.
Good-to-Have Good Analytical and communication skills. Supply chain, Sales and Logistics Domain.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Support and maintenance of VB6 and .Net applications, windows services, jobs.
Work on Remedy tickets and Jira Stories.
Able to prioritize tasks and deliver changes on time.
Communicate with users(Global) to understand the issues and provide resolution.
Performance monitoring and provide improvement ideas.
Status reporting of the assigned tasks.
