Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is currently looking for a motivated, highly detailed, organized and outgoing individual to support one of our major nationwide clients. Job Summary:
This position’s role is to develop, support and manage the custom applications and integration of applications across the credit union.
This individual is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing application policies and procedures that ensure the integrity, quality and availability of capabilities and accompanying software.
Essential Functions:
Help define digital customer experiences across the company websites and native apps
Partner with Product Managers and UX Leads to refine new and existing customer-facing features
Create use-case driven scenarios to understand pain points and inspire solutions
Take an iterative approach to design with rapid cycles of design sprints, prototyping, and usability testing
Work closely with engineers to define the design and behavior of each feature and provide feedback during the feature''s implementation within an Agile framewor
Requirements:
A related degree with minimum 3-5 years of software development experience.
3-5 years’ experience on UI development frameworks with Angular JS
Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment. Ability to define, architect and implement UI/UX solutions based on requirements and design.
3-5+ years of experience as a User Experience Developer
Graphic design experience
Experience designing and implementing a well architected, componentized front end system
Agile framework
Excellent Java knowledge, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular JS, Eclipse, Jenkins, Java EE technologies including: JBOss, ESB, XML, JSON, Spring MVC, Web services, GITHUB, Scala.
