Job Description :
Handling Multiple projects (maintenance/upgrade/new requirements) to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications and schedules.
Co-ordinate with Offshore team, daily status calls to get updates on all ongoing projects/issues etc
Participate in Customer calls and update customer with latest status of on-going projects/issues
Works as Tool Administrator for existing 3rd Party applications installed in Windows Server.
Directly work with Business users to understand Application issues, raise tickets with appropriate support team/vendors, co-ordinate with them and ensure closure

Understanding of applications developed on Microsoft technologies (like Classic ASP, ASP .Net, SharePoint, SSRS, MS BI etc) in Windows Server 2008-2016 and SQL Server 2008 -2014
Ability to manage projects and team. Understand existing business processes and serve as an IT Project Management subject matter expert (SME)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
Strong customer focus and ability to manage Client expectations

Preparing all project related documents, Issue logs etc
