Job Description :
Must Have Skills: System Management & Operations
Duration : Long Term Contract

Proficiency in Desktop related issues including hardware and software (HW: blue screen errors etc, SW: predominantly MS Office related issues)
Perform desktop imaging though network boot and install required software along with patches

Desktop upgrades (Win 7 to Win 10)
Troubleshoot network related issues (Tier1 level)
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
