5+years Experince

Defect coordination between multiple teams with strong experience in functional testing.
Should be able to interact with multiple teams across geographies to chase the defects and assure the quality.
Experience in handling defect triage calls with multiple stake holders.
Reviews test cases prepared by the testers & co-ordinates with SMEs for further review & coverage.
Ensures baseline documents are available on time.
Initiates discussions with PM, business analysts & development team to understand the requirements.
Dissects business requirements for assigned projects by going through requirements document, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications.
Contribute towards Requirement Analysis ,Test Strategizing, Test Planning ,Well Versed with Estimation Methodologies.
Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.
Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
ALM QC knowledge - working with setting up queries to pull data into spreadsheets, minor administration
MS Excel - Strong proficiency in use of MS Excel to manipulate and present data for reporting. Pivot tables a plus.
SQL - primarily for MS Access tables but also useful in developing and supporting ALM QC queries
