Role and Responsibility:
1. Understands end-to-end data processes and flows and using knowledge to design and implement data management solutions.
2. Prior experience with Data migration & Data integration using ETL
3. Exposure to Insurance or Financial Sector
4. Provides business process, system support and data quality governance through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.
5. Ensures data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit and/or data validation. Performs root-cause analysis on data related system problems and recommends or executes corrective action.
6. Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to data processes. Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise
7. Expertise with various data analytics tools
8. Experience in various data modeling techniques
9. Experience in various data requirements elicitation, analysis and validation techniques
10. Facilitate implementation of new functionality through development of appropriate documentation
11. Ability to work across the IT and business groups with a focus on designing solutions to address business needs
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. Good analytical, problem solving skills and statistical techniques Additional knowledge on data ware housing or big data tools is a plus
