Role: Pega Admin
Location: Carmel Indiana
Duration: 6+ Month
Interview: Phone & Skype

Summary:
Resposible for managing a very large Pega implementation in the cloud both Prod and Non Prod regions. The implementation will cover Sales Automation, Customer Service for Insurance, Robotics and the Paga Plaform. The role would understand the database system and how to manage its performance, review performance statistics, and become familiar with the day-to-day system administration activities.

Key Job responsibilities:
Migrate rules form one environment to another following best practices around release management
Authenticate using LDAP and implement Single-Sign-On (SSO)
Customize the security model to suit your needs
Identify how to use a database and be able to optimize the use of the database
Use logging and performance tools to analyze the performance of the solutions
Use tools to tune the environment
Security over the environments.
Maintain list of service and connectors
Alert Management and coordination
On call admin for Prod environment

Critical Decisions/Recommendations made in this Job:
Ensuring the production environment is up and running according to published SLA''s
Esuring that the proper code is approved and migrated appropriatly
Data Performance tuning

Required:
3-5 years’ experience in System Administrators, Operations Support Staff, Database Administrators, Senior Developers and anyone responsible for deploying and maintaining implementations and doing performance analysis and tuning
