Project Details:
We are seeking a resource to help with the Discovery rollout, assist with troubleshooting, and process all requests that come through CMBDs.
We will have finished the roll out of Discovery in late May/June and then look to add more features to it. Duration is set to go to 12/31.
Top daily tasks:
1 Assist with Discovery roll out and troubleshooting
2 Processing CMBD requests (when people request updates, they go in and complete)
3 Processing exception requests
Requirements
1 Service Now administration
2 Understanding concept of CMBD in Service Now
3 Technical understanding
4 ITIL
5 1-2 years of JavaScript and ability to read, understand what you’re looking at vs. doing the actual coding
Understanding hardware concepts – routers, switches, storage
