Job Description :
Role : SENIOR/ LEAD HRIS ANALYST
Duration : 6 MONTHS CONTRACT
Location : HOUSTON, TX

KNOWLEDGE
Must have and/or develop an in-depth knowledge of Fusion HCM system functionality.
Requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of HR systems (core HRIS and talent) processes, functionality, structures and data

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)
1. Education and Certifications – Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or business/technology related degree
1. Experience – Minimum of 5 years in HRIS experience. Systems implementation experience is a plus. Experience with Oracle Fusion, R12 or PeopleSoft a plus.
2. Skills:-
a. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including HR, Benefits, Payroll (incl. ADP), Talent, and Compensation module preferred
b. Knowledge of SQL, Data loader and Oracle HRIS (Fusion or R12 preferred)
c. Experience with advanced report writing and query tools
d. Advanced MS Office experience including Excel
e. Advanced data analysis skills and experience processing large data volumes in Excel or Access
f. Strong understanding of HR systems, data structures and processes; Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
g. Ability to think critically as well as the ability to multi-task
h. Must be solutions-oriented and have exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
