Required:
· Big picture technical understanding of identity access management and directory services with experience designing the architecture to highly secure enterprise environments
· Must have the business acumen and ability to present and talk with executive business users
· Strong active directory skills are required
· Some of the tools used by MC where the candidate must have knowledge – IBM Tivoli Access Manager, RSA Aveksa Identity Governance & Lifecycle, SailPoint Identity Management, CyberArk (or similar account security platforms)
· MC environment has 7,000 servers all over the world and is moving to a central provisioning platform
