Responsibilities:
Candidate should
Should have about 8+ years of experience.
Have the ability to work collaboratively with business partners and other Tech Leads/Architects.
Be able to design a system and should have knowledge of design patterns.
Be able to provide architect level solutions and should be able to mentor other developers and guide on best practices.
Be able to quickly gain a working knowledge of the technical environments in which the system operates when joining a new project team
Have ability to create technical/design artifacts to demonstrate technical flows, specification and interfaces of the system
Have a mastery of application design skills, methods and tools
Have strong communication skills both written & verbal, ability to tailor message to different audiences and should be able to handle client communications confidently
Be able to facilitate and/or participate in the design/development process
Requirements:
Must:
HTML 5, JavaScript and other broadly used web development technologies (jQuery, HTML, CSS)
Experience developing in the MERN Stack, exposure to Node.js, React.js is required
Experience developing in GraphQL, Relay, Redux or Flex
Exposure to build tools such as Gulp, Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.
Excellent Bootstrap and CSS knowledge
Write code for rapid prototypes. Write solutions that span platforms. Code to and/or create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
Engages through proof of concept/technology with domain development teams often including the integration approach.
Coordinate with other areas for integration architecture solutions.
Explore, use and recommend emerging trends and technologies for developing cutting edge portal solutions and exposure to Micro Frontends, design pattern
Must have demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills and be a flexible team player
Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Experience using Extreme Agile methodology. Experience with rapid prototype development
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Should be having strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills

Should have good experience in front end technologies & JavaScript based framework.
Should have strong Core Java experience.
Should have strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Well verse with SDLC and quality processes
Must be good in OOPS concepts
Knowledge of database concepts and able to write simple to complex queries (PL/SQL knowledge) and should have knowledge of MongoDB.
Nice to have:
Should have experience in performance optimization of ExtJS/JavaScript code will be an add on
Should be aware of ExtJS/JavaScript best practices and standards
Experience working in the Agile software development methodology will be an added advantage
