Job Title: Sterling Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Decscription:
Responsible for understanding internal and external customer needs
Ability to write complex programs using the Sterling Implementation Framework.
Very clear concepts of Database, J2EE, JMEE, XML.
Worked extensively on Services Definition Framework of Sterling package
Design and implement Sterling for their technology business applications.
Know how to configure, extend or customize the Sterling application to meet a business requirement
Advise the customer on Supply Chain Best practices, and align the customer process very closely to the product with minimum customization
Provide leadership to the team
Lead development of formalized solution methodologies
Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and business development documents
Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources. Collaborates with Project Managers and technical directors to provision
Estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan, and serve
lead as required, to implement installation, customization, and integration efforts
Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within solution area
