Job Title: Service Now - Performance Analytics Expert
Location: Durham, NC
Must Have Skills: SNOW – Hands on with Performance Analytics Module
Desired Skills: SNOW customization, integration and upgrade skills
Job Description:
Customize / enhance the existing PA module that allows customers to report, analyze, visualize any data that resides in Service Now applications
Key responsible is to deliver ad- hoc reporting, performance scorecards, time series analysis, predictive analytics and powerful visually oriented dashboards as per the client need.
Expertise in coding efficient, high quality object- oriented and modularized software.
Expertise in writing Java code and JavaScript, React JS, Redux and Angular JS.
Expertise in unit and integration test automation.
Familiarity with SOA technologies including as SOAP, REST, OSGi implementations.
Familiarity with coding and diagnosing problematic SQL.
Familiarity with Unix shell and source control systems and tools such as git, maven and ant.
Experience with UI design highly advantageous.
Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum teams
