Job Description
The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for assisting on client projects to facilitate discovery, requirements elicitation, testing and management of project documentation. This position works closely with program managers, business department managers and developers to support the implementation of business solutions utilizing Salesforce.com and may perform various testing and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
? Facilitate requirements definition workshops and work with clients to gather, analyse, prioritize, and refine business requirements
? Create business analysis documentation including use cases, usage scenarios, process flows, data dictionaries, requirements traceability matrices, and project schedules
? Interface with business department managers to assist in the development of project strategy and business requirements documents
? Guide business users towards “Best Practices”, standards and policies
? Evaluate and prioritize bug reports and change requests in a JIRA scrum board
? Facilitate the creation of test plans and test cases and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
? Test Salesforce configuration and setup, performance and load testing, End to End QA testing, and functional/regression testing.
? Monitor and report progress toward milestones on a regular basis as required
? Serve as customer liaison on project facilitating regular project review meetings with clients and team members
? Understands technical concepts and communicates to the business in non-technical language.
? Ability to lead and facilitate discussions and collaborate with business leaders and staff to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, end users and technical staff
? Experience in basic project management control techniques (project work plan, scope control, task dependencies, etc)
? Must have strong organization and communication (written and oral) skills and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with minimal direct management.
? Able to interact and communicate effectively and clearly with all levels of staff and management in both the business and the technical areas, with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstraction ? Ability to demonstrate history of positive customer communication and relationship management.
? Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas.
? Consultative approach to building consensus.
? Operational and technical experience and understanding.
? Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery in line with client expectations, ensuring that tight schedules are met
? Proactively resolve and/or escalate project issues
? Participate in weekly/monthly client stand-up meetings, business process reviews and design/discovery workshops
? Be part of a fast paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects.

Required Qualifications
? 3+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce system admin, consultant and/or Salesforce Business Analyst
? Experience in gathering requirements and testing for at least one full cycle SFDC implementation
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
? Experience in basic project management control techniques (project work plan, scope control, task dependencies, etc); Scrum or Agile methodology preferred
? Strong presentation, technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
? Excellent working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, Slides
? Experience working in an FDA and/or SOX regulated environment
? Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the IT field.

Nice to Have
? Experience with JIRA preferred
? Salesforce Admin certification, Service Cloud Consultant or Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred
? Change management methodologies a plus
? Ability to assist functional leads by creating and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, field sets, record types, page layouts, permission sets, approval processes, user roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, workflows, and validation rules
? Ability to perform Salesforce data cleansing, data uploads and data exports
? Ability to develop and create Salesforce customized reports and dashboards
