The Client IT Department is in need of 1-2 PC Technicians to work on a PC Technology Refresh Project (TRP
Title: PC Technician
Duration: mid-January through June-August (6-8 months)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Description and skill set required: Technology Refresh Project of Desktops, Laptops and Tablets. Work as part of a team comprised of the skilled Systems Technicians.
Candidate should have proficiency in the following:
- Installing and configuring County standard Hardware and Software (Dell Optiplex and Latitude)
- Microsoft MDT imaging
- Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
- Microsoft Office Suite 2010 and 2013
- Basic Microsoft Administration
- Intermediate level Network Infrastructure
- Troubleshooting techniques
- Working under deadlines
- Team participation
- Documentation of technical procedures
- Asset tracking and inventory management
- Customer Service
