Role: Windows Application Support Consultant
Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Description:
Candidate should have good experience in support projects with strong Windows based applications installation/configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012.
Should be able to check windows services status, service running port, able to check the logs, events and other parameters for debugging.
Should have knowledge of IIS, MSTSC and Tasks. Should be able to verify performance of a windows host (e.g. CPU/Memory utilization
Knowledge on working on Linux would be good to have.
Should know the basic commands in Linux and their usage like grep, find, ls, echo etc.
Used any tool for workflow tracking like Service Now.
Understands the support workflow at different levels L1 /L2/L3 and Business teams.
Experience of working in Finance domain based projects preferable.
