Responsibilities:
Understands and translates the Enterprise Sales business strategy, business goals, and business processes into a world class solution
Collaboration with various stakeholders in conceptualize, develop, interpret, and analyze requirements to align subscription renewal status with opportunity and contract information, and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into our finance reporting systems
Maintains and continuously improves Enterprise Sales processes enabled by Salesforce.com, Apttus CPQ and related Sales and Marketing enterprise applications
Configure Salesforce.com and Apttus CPQ solutions
Prepares documentation for system enhancements and customization, provides training and leadership to super-users, and manages user security
Implement process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes
Document solutions to enable ease of support across team members
Interface on a day-to-day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers, QA, and IT managers to support business operations.
