Job Description :
Role: SCRUM MASTER
Location: Loveland, CO
Responsibilities:
? Manages the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team
? Removes all impediments to the team’s success, such as logistic challenges
? Ensures tha the team’s progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders
? Facilitates daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meeting in a way that ensures full team engagement
? Fosters communication and close cooperation across all team members, encourages cross-training and supporting each other
? Shields the team from external interference and ensures the team is fully functional productive
? Facilitates regular team retrospectives to continually advance the state of the practice
? Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of scrum in the organization
? Strong servant leaderships skills that is results driven
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in agile development, with specific Scrum Master experience
? Certified Scrum Master Preferred
? Confident and skilled at navigating the team through roadblocks impeding delivery process
? Ability to resolve conflicts within the team as a strong mediator before they become an issue
? Experience in facilitating meetings, identifying risks/dependencies/impediments and handling multiple priorities
? Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them
? Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates and comfortable, cohesive, and effective workplace
? Required Technical Experience : JIRA
? Nice to have technical experience: Github, Confluence
