Description:
Client is looking for a Workday Integration Analyst to join their Team Member System and Solutions team.
Candidate should enjoy working with a talented team of individuals, with diverse skills and experiences, who strive to excel in delivering software solutions that help enable client to accomplish its objectives and goals.
The team is responsible for delivering the total HR experience to over 90,000 Team Members. The teams work in technology supporting Team Member Services is a key component of that core value.
As the Workday Integration/Security Analyst, the primary focus will be on the delivery of new integrations, as well as enhancing and modifying existing integrations.
You should also have experience in the design and configuration of Workday security for large scale deployments. You should have experience all aspects of the project lifecycle.
This person will work with business to determine security requirements and implement best practices in design and security configurations for the Workday System business processes, reports, and integrations.
This team member will develop and implement solutions, coordinating applications across the enterprise portfolio or teams; evaluate systems to determine requirements and to ensure final solutions meet needs.
Must be a detail oriented, self-starter with excellent technical development, written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must have experience with Workday Payroll Modules, Workday Absence Module, Workday Benefit Modules and Integration related experience around those modules.

Responsibilities:
Work in an Agile software delivery environment
Work as an integral member of a cohesive and highly collaborative Agile team
Develop Workday integrations between new or existing systems, both internal and external
Develop Workday Custom reports and enhancements
Develop and execute unit and system test plans
Drive cross team design / development via technical leadership and mentoring
Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions
Identify and support HR projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention, and integration

Demonstrate in-depth Workday Core HCM knowledge
Be able to optimize performance of custom reports
Position is located in Austin
Be able to travel (approximately 10%)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science
2+ years of programming / development experience
2+ years of experience developing and supporting Workday Studio Integrations
2+ years of strong Workday development experience using EIB, calculated fields, transformations and custom reports

MUST have solid experience with Workday Payroll Modules, Workday Absence Module,
Workday Benefit Modules and Integration related experience around those modules
2+ years of strong Workday Security Administration
Understanding of security groups and roles and assignment of those roles
Understanding of system architecture components in a multi-tier, multi-platform systems
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment
Well-versed in agile development methodologies including SCRUM best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong creativity, problem solving and analytical skills
Adapt to change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications
A team player
Patience, understanding, flexibility, and a good sense of humor

Strong preference will be given to candidates with any of the following:
Experience with Workday technologies Web Service APIs, Studio, EIB, Report Writer, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, calculated fields, XSLT
Experience with Workday’s HCM suite (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, or Performance Management)
