Position: Sr. Procurement Systems Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Interview: Phone & Skye (On Site!)
Duration: 6+ Months through 2019

Skills: Coupa P2P platform, Bravo Solutions, e- commerce, e-procurement.

Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Procurement Systems Analyst to help support our client''s Procurement team in the activation and maintenance of client''s preferred e-Procurement and P2P system(s), specifically Coupa.

Candidates should hopefully have experience with:
3+ years of Coupa P2P platform, systems and administration/usage.
3+ years of Bravo Solutions (Jaggaer) systems and administration/usage.

Essential Functions:
Work with e-Procurement team members to identify and support activation plans for presenting client''s preferred vendors within the corporate e-Procurement platforms
Tasks include, but are not limited to, uploading current data for user profiles, cost centers, shipping destinations, supplier profiles, payment methods
Support e-Procurement team in the maintenance of enterprise parts catalogs; data cleanup/enrichment, image sourcing

Provide timely and appropriate generation and dissemination of information to management and other stakeholders
Work with appropriate representatives to activate payment methods for goods and services requisitioned from client''s e-procurement platform
Perform moderately complex analysis of system activity and account for geographical differences and engineering issues due to varying business entities.
Oversee issue resolution for assigned projects.

Assist with supplier enablement and payment facilitation
Collaborate with team members to define project scope and communicate progress milestones to support timelines and planned go-live dates.
As well, support and/or lead other Procurement related initiatives
Lead and increase efficiencies for client''s preferred vendors database within the Procurement system(s)

Partner with team members to ensure effective execution of an activation plan for presenting client''s preferred vendors within the corporate Procurement platforms
Responsible for report generation, dissemination, and presentation of information to management and other key stakeholders
Develop and implement issue resolution for assigned projects
Drive utilization of e-Procurement tools and processes

Assist in the development of global policies and procedures
Liaison with Sourcing Managers to assist with e-sourcing strategy development. Tasks include but are not limited to market intelligence data gathering, spend analysis and e-sourcing platform support

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum Education: Bachelor''s Degree
Minimum Experience: 7+ plus years of related working experience.
Desired Experience: 7+ years in software, e-commerce, and procurement practices preferred (also, will consider suitable combination of education, experience or training
3+ years of Coupa P2P platform, systems and administration/usage.

3+ years of Bravo Solutions (Jaggaer) systems and administration/usage.
Demonstrated experience in using e-commerce database or related systems, to include proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
Demonstrated understanding of procurement principles.

Ability to document work in progress.
Ability to establish solid business relationships and work effectively with team members and other functional areas.
Strong interpersonal skills; participate in a team environment.
