Soft – Communication between a local team, team in Cambridge, and team in Australia

Job Description
We are looking for an SAP Success Factors consultant for completing implementation of a new legal entity in our existing instance. Current implementation partners have configured the system through iteration 2 testing. Several iteration 2 defects have been found. In addition to the new functionality; regression testing (of already implemented functionality) and resolution support will be needed.

The consultant will be responsible for iteration 3 (UAT) configuration, data migration and defect resolution.
1. Recruiting Management
a. Create and Migrate requisition, candidate, application and offer templates
b. Reconfigure Role based access control groups
c. Data conversion of candidate profiles (with resume attachments)
2. Project Management
a. Drive requirements meetings
b. Completion of configuration workbooks
c. Provide weekly status reports
d. Provide status daily scrum meeting
