Position: Oracle HRMS Solution Architect / Functional Lead Consultant
Location: Katy, TX
Interview: Phone & Skye (On Site!)
Duration: 4-6+ Months with possibility of extension (s)

Description:
Description: Need a Senior Solution Architect who can assess the support requirements of a major user of HR/Payroll systems.

Consultant must have experience interacting with C-Level individuals.
Consultant must also have expensive HR, SSHR, and Payroll experience.
Expert communication and documentation is required.

Here is what the consultant will be responsible for:
They have asked us to assess their support requirements, evaluate their current support staff (contractor’s and SME’s), catalog issue types, identify key recurring issues, review their current process documents and identify process improvement opportunities etc.
