Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Functional Consultant

Description:
Team Role: Fusion HCM Cloud HCM Core, On Boarding, & Security Func''l Lead
Overall Functional Team Lead- HR Core & On Boarding and Security Functional Lead Team Lead Cloud Core HR

- Core HR and On Boarding Functional Expert

- Ability to conduct workshops and develop design for Core HCM and On Boarding module.

Set up the system for Core HR, Employee On-boarding/Off-boarding using the new functionality in the latest release of Cloud HCM Core. Ability to conduct workshops and develop design for HCM & On-boarding module.

Ability to do configuration and direct associates on full configuration of the system to match design, ability to work with customer to validate the system.

Ability to conduct train the trainer sessions with customer training coordinator.

Ability to request migration from Dev to Prod for given module.

Ability to provide production support for a few weeks after going live with module. Currently we have the module into the configuration phase, with nearly all configuration completed.

Validation and checkpoint needed to move into Transition Phase.
