Position: Oracle EBS R12 Project Manager/Program Manager
Location: San Clemente, CA (Southern California)

Description:
*Strong Oracle R12/Oracle EBS experience
*PMO experience

*Experience in a validated environment is a plus
The PMO Project Manager will be responsible for managing one or more (frequently non-related) projects simultaneously, consistently and accurately reporting the health of the project(s) through all stages of the project life cycle, and proactively taking appropriate action to help ensure project success.

As a part of the IT department, this position will report to the Director, IT Project Management Office (PMO), and includes working with other employees both within IT and from the business across all levels of the organization.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
Minimum 2 years of planning and/or management experience required; 7-10 years’ experience desired.
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Certification highly desired; CSM/ACP desired.
Experience with benchmarking desired.
Experience in Enterprise or Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, Primavera) desired.

Experience managing projects related to IT Infrastructure desired.
Experience managing projects related to IT Operations desired.
Experience managing projects related to full-life cycle IT Applications development desired.
Experience working in a waterfall systems development lifecycle methodology required.
Experience working in a (hybrid) agile development lifecycle desired.
Experience managing merger and acquisition (M&A) projects desired.
Experience with an MRP system desired; Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS R12) is preferred.
Experience working in an FDA regulated environment desired.
