Position: Oracle Customer Care & Billing Consultant with Utility Domain
Location: Seattle, WA

Description:
This is in our hands if we can find qualified consultants. Oracle CC&B is Utilities Customer Care and Billing, so only consultants with lots of Utility domain experience will fit.

Job Responsibilities
Develop solutions working with IT teams and business functional analysts providing sustainable Functional and Technical Specifications.
Develop or modify existing application components using CC&B/MDM/OUAF tools and software development lifecycle standards.
Work collaboratively with IT teams (server, DBA, QA, etc to build, test, deploy, and maintain CC&B/MDM applications using custom and industry common practices throughout multiple environments (e.g. DEV/QA/UAT/PROD
Respond to incidents and events with methodical approaches to assess and troubleshoot all types of production (performance, access, accuracy, etc issues.
Provide accurate estimates for change requests and new requirements.
Participate in deliverable reviews and meetings.

Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience with Object Oriented Programming (Java)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle CC&B/MDM applications and Utilities domain
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Extensive experience with Java EE application/C# development, including web services.
Extensive experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Meter Data Management (MDM) systems
Experience with CC&B and MDM configuration tools (Scripts, Zones, Portals, UI Maps, CMA)
Experience using Oracle''s WebLogic application server or WebSphere.
Experience with XAI web services and SOA web services including knowledge of BPMN, XSL, SOAP, WSDL technologies.
Experience with SQL and developing database packages using PL/SQL.
Knowledge and skill of web technologies for example HTML, JavaScript, JavaScript libraries, CSS, XML and Hibernate Query language.

Value Added Qualifications:
Experience using Autosys, SFTPs and Unix shell scripting preferably in Solaris.
Experience with ADF (Application Development Framework
Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service (OUCSS) Application.
Experience with Oracle WebCenter Suite and Oracle WebCenter Portal.
Experience with Oracle Utilities Analytics Solutions (OUA
Oracle technologies training and certifications.
