Skills: Oracle Cloud implementation, ERP, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, core Financials modules.

Description:
Accounts Payable will be transitioning to Oracle Cloud effective July 2019.
This includes Supplier Master, Non-Trade Invoicing (OCR), Travel and Entertainment (Expense), and Payments.
We are looking for a Functional AP Lead for Jan- July 2019.

Client is moving to cloud from accounts payable.
Ebiz correct (Oracle
AP for invoices for vendors –only for non-trade
Experience in cloud
Functional lead/manage team.
Subject matter expert in three areas mentioned above.
OCR in cloud.
Provide recommendations to the team.
Oracle is customized for them.
Business and IT knowledge.
They are finishing reqs and currently in design.
Will test scripts for team and train team.
Does not want a person she has to tell what to do everyday
2-3 people in groups at a time, 24 people total on team

JOB SPECS:
Minimum 1+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud implementation of the core Financials modules ( Accounts Payable, etc.…)
10+ years’ experience implementing ERP systems with speciality in Accounts Payable. .
Oversee and monitor timeline and details for the planning, design, and testing stages of the project.

Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and SIT and UAT.
Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
Create, manage and perform system testing activities for the implementations, releases and upgrades.

Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels, including offshore teams.
Conduct fit/gap analysis of Oracle’s packaged ERP solutions and adapting them to meet business requirements.

Working with the team to identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them.
Helping to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.

Experience with updating and managing project plans.
Provide direction, advise and best practices to team.
Document new business processes, capabilities and functional requirements.
Support the creation and execution of test scripts.
Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.

Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/team on a regular basis.
Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology.
Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
