Job Description :
Position: O365 Senior Consultant/Architect
Location: Redlands, CA
Interview: Phone & Skype
Duration: 6+ Months with possibility of multiple annual extension (s)

Description:

Maturity around group collections security and come up with maturity and best practices for the environment

Goals to implement:
Best Practices
Security management for content work, needs to do a security assessment on environment / how are we doing on utilization management
Configuration

Secondary Goals:
How do we implement security around B2B, outside tenets to get access to the areas they want and exclude them from other secure areas?
How do we secure an environment for a guest?

Current strength of current team:
They have really strong application developers.
They fully understand SharePoint on premises
They can write PowerShell for anything
Exchange Online

Current State:
They are fully on prem and working on a the roll out

Strong technical writing skills, network diagram skills
Helping clients and internal teams to establish processes to manage and maintain systems
Assisting with server capacity planning and configuration for optimal system performance
Providing subject matter expertise and guidance on latest IT technologies, tools and processes

Ability to produce comprehensive documentation of own work and present to clients
Ability to design, recommend and implement technical solutions
Manage client expectations effectively and communicate tasks both verbally and written
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Prior consulting experience is required
Proven experience with a consulting methodology

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have expert knowledge (scope/plan/design/implement/support/troubleshoo t) of several latest Microsoft technologies including;

Systems Center Operations Manager 2012/2016

System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012/2016
SQL 2008/2012/2014/2016
OMS a plus
EM+S a plus
