Position: IBM Stack Developer (WebSphere Developer)
Location: Columbus, OH
Interview: Phone & Skype
Duration: 6+ Months with possibility of extension (s)

Skills: IBM, JavaScript, Agile, portal 8.5, WAS, Web Content Management System, MVC, CSS, IBM HTTP, Scripting, Web Services.

Description:
Expertise in:
Develop web sites in IBM WebSphere Portal 8.5 and Web Content Management System.
Develop web applications in the Portal 8.5 Environment
Conduct training session with other resources on entering content
Work with the team to Develop WCM components such as Menus, Navigator, Workflows, JavaScript Components
Work with the team to maintain and develop themes and skins
Understand the Deployment of Codes and WCM Syndication in Multiple environments
Good understanding of IBM Portal Server (Websphere), Web Content Mgmt (WCM), Web Application Server (WAS) , Deployment Manger, and IBM HTTP servers.
Good understanding of Portal and WAS cluster environment
Strong background in Java development and Portlet development
Strong understanding on MVC Framework.
Strong understanding of CSS and Scripting Technologies and responsive design
Strong Web Services Development
Good oral and written communication skills
Good understating of Agile development life cycle and methodology
Exposure to JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks, e.g. JQuery
