Description:
Finding someone who has specific “retail customer onboarding’ experience is key.
Need functional analysis experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for understanding application enablement of the Retail Customer Onboarding process
Responsible for identifying application-centric constraints and root causes that are causing process and experience pain points
Supports Design Thinking and Sprinting
Responsible for defining application optimization opportunities that enable the target state Customer Onboarding capabilities and business process.
Responsible for assessing the application landscape against our Modern Engineering (e.g. Distributed Computing, Distributed Storage, etc and Next Generation IT Principles and Practices (e.g. Cloud Ready, API-first, Mobile-first, etc and identifying opportunities to future proof the application foundation.
