Position: Pega Knowledge Management/Lead Business Architect
Location: Boston, MA

Description Required:
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success working within a team project structure; including possessing a variety of roles within those teams

3+ years experience working with Pegasystems technologies
Deep experience working specifically with the Pega Knowledge Management framework
5+ years experience designing, building and implementing Business Process Management solutions on one or more technology platforms

Exposure to and familiarity with various industries and specific operational solutions
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Knowledge of current technologies, application software development, Agile and iterative development methodologies
Willingness to travel up to 80%

Preferred skills and education:
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Master’s Degree
Strong understanding of complex Internet based enterprise level applications
Project management experience
Scrum or Product Owner certification
