Our is seeking a PeopleSoft Project Manager with at least 8 years’ experience to implement a prototype of PeopleSoft HCM’s ePerformance process and pilot with one to three University of Wisconsin institutions. The PeopleSoft Project Manager will be responsible for standing up end-to-end business processes in HCM ePerformance to support self-service evaluation management for managers, employees and HR administrators. Representative activities include setting up the system, profiles, approvals/reviews, delegations, workcenter, self-service pages, email notifications, document templates, profiles, permission lists, and reports. The Project Manager will lead the work of a UW Service Center team and is expected to transfer knowledge of ePerformance throughout the engagement.

Experience working in higher education
Knowledge of human capital management-related (HCM) transaction processing and enterprise performance management (EPM) database elements, relationships, and query concepts and security components
Peoplesoft ePerformance
Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization
Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills
Strong problem solving and analytic skill sets
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create user and project security documentation and procedures, clearly and concisely
